Look What I Drew! 03/29/2015

Harley and her mallet
4 down, 4 to go.

No new drawings tonight, however; I'm studying brushes and techniques tonight since Wrestlemania 1 ate up my night. Man, was it good! WWE managed to rectify all of their issues of the past year in 4 hours...it really shows that they still know how to handle their product when it comes down to it. Now, if they can keep this momentum for the rest of this year, we'll be good.

And Seth Rollins won the championship belt! I almost feel like drawing him.

Look What I Drew! 03/25/2015

Spider-Gwen, night slinging!
Another con piece finished.

I'm feeling pretty great about all of these drawings. I was looking back at some of my old artwork and, man, it's hard to believe how much I've improved over the years. Not even 3 years ago I wasn't ready to sell my art at conventions: I simply didn't believe in myself.

Not anymore.

I'm more than ready to get myself out there and see what King Puddin can do. I'm nervous, sure, but it's all from a positive place. I'm excited to finally be a professional.

Look What I Drew! 03/22/2015

Wonder Woman, looking all bad ass.
So yeah, I tried a different coloring technique with this piece and it kinda worked but I feel I put more time into it than I should have. The hair gave me a lot of trouble, so I need to try being looser with that.

I gotta work on my business cards next, and then it's onto the next print! I'm thinking...Spider-Gwen.

Look What I Drew! 01/07/2015

So a while back I drew this OC... Well, just a head, at first. I really liked the look and decided to give her a complete body and style.

This is the result. I have to say, I'm in love with her.

Maybe I'll find a place in a comic to put her, or possibly give her her own story. I dunno, maybe I'll just use her for character studies, but it feels kinda lame to keep her in only one thing.

Well, I'll find something for her. She's too cool to keep in one place.
